Two 25 yrs old men from Romania lured two 16 year old children from Gugesti, a village in Romania to come to Sweden where they would get good jobs. In order to legally get the boys out of the nation, the parents signed a consent form. The form requires an address where the children will be living. The traffickers provided a fraudulent address (in fact, the address is to a prison in Finland!). As soon as the boys arrived in Sweden they were forced to steal to provide money for the men. They stole a car, food and telephones during their first two months. At least of the boys was beaten.

yes, the men are sentenced in court.
Yes, the court has sentenced both adults to a one year sentence. This is the first time someone is sentenced for Human trafficking in a case that does not involve sexual exploitation. This was a case of human trafficking for petty theft.
