Jose Rosario Irazaba Aldaco, 45, claims to be from Phoenix, Arizona. It is believed that he kidnapped the victims including his two stepsons with the intent to sell them in the States. The boys ages 1 and 4 would be sold for $10,000 and the girls, 19, 15 and 12 would be sold 2 grand a piece to work as prostitutes.
