The trafficker compelled two girls, a 15 year-old and a 16 year-old, into prostitution – and he collected the profits that resulted. The trafficker allegedly used his cellphone to take pictures of the two girls and then posted the images on the website, backpage.com, in an advertisement offering sex with the girls in return for a fee. The Trafficker allegedly drove the girls to hotels and motels in Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk counties where they engaged in sex with johns who had arranged a meeting through the trafficker using the telephone or email. The trafficker also allegedly had sex with the 15-year-old girl several times, prosecutors alleged.

The trafficker was indicted by a special statewide grand jury at the end of September 2011 on 10 counts of deriving support from a minor in prostitution, seven counts of aiding and abetting in the commission of statutory rape, four counts of statutory rape, four counts of dissemination of visual material of a child in a state of nudity and three counts of posting a child in a state of nudity.
