Timothy Houser, 53, was arrested in October 2006 after a tip from the Denver Police Department that Houser had contacted a 16-year-old female who posted an ad in the erotic services section of Craigslist. Detectives said Houser gave the teen directions to his house in Parker, where there was a sexual encounter that he paid for.

Denver Police Department received a tip that Timothy Houser had contacted a 16-year-old female who posted an ad in the erotic services section of Craigslist. Friday, April 24, 2009, a jury convicted Houser of one count of patronizing a prostituted child, a class 3 felony. Houser is out on bond and he will be sentenced in June.
