4-29-2010 Red Van with black tinted windows. License Plate BKV-3507 Fulton, Georgia Two Tall mid-aged white males paid for gas at the Hobo Pantry (Chevron)on 616 N.Oates Street Dothan, AL 36303. They told me they had Chinese people in the van. It was a very suspicious vibe so I walk outside to sweep the parking lot. Another customer (a middle-aged black man) told the two white men to talk to me. They replied, "Oh no, and they left abruptly." What happened was, after they paid for they're gas and cigarettes, they had 3 young asian girls hop out the van, then one of the older white men, told two of them to get back in, while the other older white man paid the customer (the black man) 20$ to let the asian girl see how southern black men talk. He also asked the customer (the black man) if he knew any one willing to spend alot of money. I called the police and gave them the information I had written down. I'm pretty sure this same crew has been spotted at Bullets Speakeasy 176 S.Foster Street Dothan, AL 36303 after talking with the bartender last night.
