Arresting the man who was the assaulter. All of the charges are related to the 13-year-old girl, police said.
Honolulu police arrested the 46-year-old Honolulu man accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl and for trying to turn her into a prostitute.
The victim was not related to the suspect or was a family acquaintance, police said. Police would not comment further about the case because of the victim's age.
