Hermalinda Parker, Anthony Parker, and their daughter Liz Scantleburry. Recruited young women from Panama, the Dominican Republic and Guyana to work in her nightclub. Among those recruited was a 16-year-old. Forced the women into prostitution, denied them their money and restricted their movement.

Charged with human trafficking, money laundering and conspiracy
A sting operation was set up and six other women were rescued from the nightclub.
Police became aware of what was happening after two women assisted the 16-year-old girl to police station where she filed a report.
