Quinton Williams operated a prostitution business, and trafficked women (including minors) across state lines. Williams would supervise the victims business, and keep all of their earnings. His sex trafficking business was his only source of income. In 2001 he traveled with victims from Chicago to Indiana, Texas, Arizona, and Nevada.

Williams was sentenced to 125 months in prison, being convicted of transporting a minor for prostitution, transporting an adult for prostitution, sex trafficking of children, money laundering, and interstate travel in aid of racketeering.
A complaint was filed in fall of 2002, but had to be withdrawn when the witness vanished. After one of the victims was arrested under other charges, police were able to investigate Williams.
