Mr. Mukasa came a village and promised to support a 17 year oldgril in school when her family could not. On the ride to her destination, Mr. Mukasa denied the girl food and told her she would not go to school but would work as a house girl. She was denied food, beaten.

Uganda Youth Development Link (UYDEL) provides counseling and trauma therapy for victims and gets them tested for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. Those is need of health care are taken to treatment centers and are rehabilitated to good health. UYDEL also provides training in life-skills and vocational skills like hairdressing, tailoring, electronics, catering, welding, carpentry and plumbing. A team of trained local artisans mentors the youths into skills that will enable them to find employment and start their own businesses.
