Police arrested two men at the scene on charges of kidnapping, rape, and possession of narcotics, says cbs3.com. Police took three women into custody for on suspicion of prostitution. The prostitution ring may be part of a much larger operation, say investigators.

Police raided the hotel rooms on a narcotics violation and discovered 2 women beaten, drugged and bound held against their will as apparent sex slaves.
The two women, who appeared to be tied, drugged and “beaten into submission,” were brought to a local hospital.
