OPELOUSAS, La. (AP) - Chief Deputy Hilman Popillion said that Ronada Fritz allegedly offered her 13-year-old daughter to 51-year-old Percy "Buddy" Stoute as a prostitute for $40. Note: Anyone under 18 used for commercial sex is legally considered a severe victim of human trafficking.

St. Landry Parish sheriff's deputies say a 34-year-old Krotz Springs woman,Ronada Fritz , has been arrested for allegedly enticing persons into prostitution. Stoute was also arrested connection with the incident for felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
