On July 20,2006 a jury found that the defendants willfully violated the Fair Labor Standards Act....BUT did not find that the defendants held the victim in forced labor, trafficked her into forced labor, or inflicted emotional distress upon her. The victim was award money on the violation of the fair labor standards act and received a portion of money for her attorney fees.
