A 14 year old girl was reported missing. Meanwhile, Police were investing Braggs for prior suspicion of kidnapping and pimping. The girl missing after liberation told authorities, she was "kid napped while riding a bus, sexually assulted and forced to take hig doses of GHB and ecstasy" She also was tattooed on her chest with the words "King Snipe's (tafficker's street name) Bitch". The victim liberated also told authorities, she witnessed, "Other women forced to go out into the street at night only to come back with a fixed amount of money. If the women did not bring enough money back were beaten" 14 year old ran away due to threats from Bragg to "harm her family if she did not return"
