McGlover was charged at a U.S. District Court in Seattle with two counts of sex trafficking of a child. He was being held at a L.A. jail. McGlover is suspected of being involved in various cases of sex trafficking of minors, and investigations are ongoing. The police found another victim of McGlover, who was kidnapped by him in August, 2006. The victim was taken to a motel in Tacoma, Washington, where she was threatened if she did not work as a prostitute and was forced to give McGlover all of her earnings. She was forced to work seven days a week, earning about $1,000 a day.

In August, 2006 they had moved back to Los Angeles, when the police were called to break up a fight, and discovered the victim being held.
Both victims are receiving mental treatment in California.
