He has previously been sentenced for procuring in 2005, he had a brothel in his house 2005. A 38-year-old man from Slovakia, living in Malmö. He has been organising the prostitution of the girl. He has been suspected of procuring several times before, but there have been no convictions. A 26-year-old man that met the 17-year-old girl in Slovakia when she had been thrown out by her family. The man promised to take her to Germany where she would earn money picking strawberries, but he sold her into prostitution and then later on to Denmark and the end destination was Staffanstorp in Sweden. He lied about the money that she was promised. He drove her to customers.

The police got in touch with the girl in late April and started an investigation. After three weeks 7 men were suspects. Three of the seven men were taken to court. Sentence will come on Jan 7th 2010.
