Franklin Robinson, David Powers, Shimon Maxwell, Robert D. Scott, Robert D. Scott II, Terrence Williams, Kenneth B, Tana Adkins, Melissa Jacobs, Derick Price, Derek Maes, and Eric Pennington among others were arrested and are under federal indictment with prostitution-related charges. They were herding minors from the Toledo area, across state lines, to work in an organized sex ring.
