The victims escaped to a Salvation Army safe house where she received assistance before being sent back home.
Davis brought Julienne to Cape Town after abducting her from her brief holiday in Paris. He then forced her to co-operate once in Cape Town by using sexual assault and the offer of sending money to her family.
