Local (Oak Creek, WI) police discovered the victim, a 14 year old girl, during an investigation into escort services. In or about May 2010 Booker picked up his 14 year old victim on West North Avenue in Milwaukee, then took nude photos of her. The photos were posted on www.backpage.com, advertising the girl as a 19 year old escort. The girl was then taken to a hotel where she engaged in sex with men, who paid Booker and another woman, Holly Arnold, age 23. The victim told a detective she was afraid to leave the hotel because she did not know where she was, had no money, and no way of going elsewhere.
