All have now been arrested. Presley evaded authorities several times, including after being "cornered" but was finally arrested in Aug. Presley would kidnap victims at gun point on the streets of Wichita KS and take them to Houston. He threatened their families and would beat them up regularly. Response & intervention

Houston FBI investigation "Operation Total Exposure" began in May of 2005. There were four child victims. No information on any except one, who is now an adult. She worked out of Total Pleasures (Houston?) and a brothel in Nevada. No info on her condition other than she has been freed. unknown. The FBI calls this case the largest domestic human sex trafficking case in Houston because there were four children in one investigation. As general info - in 2008 there were 30 victims rescued in Houston alone through this Operation Total Exposure.
