The defendants issued photos of a naked 16-year-old girl on www.craigslist.org's erotic services section and rented a hotel room at a Super 8 Motel in Hazel Crest, Illinois where the victim was met by an undercover police officer. The phone number called by law enforcement had been placed under the girl's naked photo on www.craigslist.org. The girl indicated that she was working for a man across the hall, in the same motel. On the same day, an officer arrested the two defendants as they were leaving the motel room. The victim initially met Harvey in May 2008.
