Rachele Bromley was arrested in May after posting a Craigslist advertisement for erotic massage involving her 16-year-old daughter. The advertisement did not openly solicit sexual favors, but ultimately resulted in a sexual-battery-of-a-minor conviction for a 40-year-old Nampa man and former Canyon County sheriff's deputy named Aaron Hundersmarck.

Bryan Taylor, a Canyon County prosecutor in the case and chief of the crimes against persons unit has played a part in the case. Local police were also invloved.
A Nampa woman who pleaded guilty to felony charges of inducing a minor into prostitution and aiding and abetting the sexual battery of a minor was handed down a sentence of two years fixed and eight years indeterminate at the Canyon County Courthouse on Wednesday
