Winberry was arrested in Prosser, Washington after fleeing from Idaho police. His warrant was for Lewd Conduct with a Minor: Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Possession of Sexually Explicit Material and Inducing a Person under 18 into Prostitution. Winberry was being held on the warrant which has a $1,000,000 bond. Watson and McKeehan were booked into the Ada County Jail for Lewd Conduct with a Minor, Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Possession of Sexually Exploitative Material and Inducing a Person Under 18 into Prostitution. McKeehan pleaded guilty to two counts of felony injury to a child: one count of giving a teen meth, and then the second charge is for having sexual contact with a teen and letting a man watch. She also agreed to testify against Watson, her ex-boyfriend. In December of 2008, she was sentenced to 10 years in prison but will spend 6 months getting treatment in an Idaho Department of Correction Facility before the judge decides if she will serve the rest of her 10 years behind bars or be placed on probation. In November 2008, Watson and Winberry pleaded guilty. Watson pleaded guilty to charges of sex abuse of a minor under the age of 16 and felony injury to child.
