What happened

The victim's case was unknown to the government, and unfortunately the only way that the victim was able to escape her situation was through death. After years of having been sexually explotiated, even while pregnant, the victim passed away without any record of her trafficker's actions or justice for what she endured.

Response and intervention

Generacion, an organization working to stop child trafficking, intervened and tried to convince the victim to leave her abusive boyfriend but unfortunately she did not
