Ramon Lopez-Montanez, 39. Origionally from Salem. One of four Lopez-Montanez brothers that operated a big trafficking ring. The victim, Mayra Martina Hernandez-Vargas (15 at time of caputre) was approached by Montanez at her coffee shop in Guadalajara where she worked. He invited her to a party, she got permission from her grandmother, and got in his car. She was taken to a brothel and traveled to LA, Northern California, and finally OR where she tended to the brothers marijuana fields. He was growing marijuana in Otis and Salem, OR.
