8 adult males were using underage girls in a sex operation. The girls were being moved from 5 different metro area locations. The locations could not be specified because the case is on-going. Investigation also found truck drivers transporting women, however, it is unclear if the women were trafficking victims or prostitutes. It is also unclear if the truck drivers were johns or traffickers.

The 8 adults were arrested on a variety of crimes. They are currently awaiting trial in Oregon.
The 8 adult males were arrested on October 22, 2009 by the Portland FBI. Sheriff offices in Washington and Multnomah county as well as police departments in Beaverton, Portland, Gresham, and Tigard took part in capturing the criminals and rescuing the victims.
The children received therapy and protective service.
The 4 underage girls were released into the care of the Oregon Department of Human Services. The following agencies in both Washington and Oregon provided care to the children: Sexual Assault Resource Center, Lifeworks Northwest, and New Options for Women.
This case was part of the FBI's Operation Cross Country IV. The FBI's Innocence Lost Task Force also assisted with the discovery of the victims.
