Arrest made by the International Crime Investigation Team of the Seoul Metropolitan Police. Around 20 Thai masseuses were brought from Bangkok in the period from July 2008 to work in massage parlors, and were told that they could eartn extra for sex work. They entered Korea on tourist visas, then their passorts were confiscated, their movement limited to the place of work, and forced into sex work.
