Carlos Curtis and associates and pimps Michael Goodwin, and Janet Rodriguez. Curtis was indicted on charges of transporting minors from New York and Maryland to engage in prostitution, as well as sex trafficking of children, transportation of minors, transportation for illegal sexual activity, and materials involving the sexual exploitation of children. Michael Goodwin pleaded guilty for two counts of Pandering. Janet Rodriguez pleaded guilty for one count of pandering. Curtis was sentenced to life imprisonment. Goodwin was sentenced to 36 months. Rodriguez was sentenced to 36 months.
