Adam Jermaine Ingram, 20, and Kevin Roy Woods, 18, forced two Canadian girls, ages 13 and 14, to have sex with them and others as they trafficked the girls between Vancouver, Seattle and Portland. The FBI said the men intended to take both girls to San Diego and make them work in an escort agency. Along the way, they stopped in Bellingham and Seattle and forced the girls to have sex with them and with other men.
