Two Tulsa women say Vincent Broussard, a man from Texas offered them a ride to an east side bar. When they got in the car with him, he did not go to the bar, but instead kept driving, threatening to take the women all the way to Texas. Then he stopped at an RV park and attempted to sell the two women to another man. They were able to flee.
